ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Heather. I am a licensed professional counselor, wife, and mother of two amazing children.

As a licensed clinician, I have worked as an individual therapist as well as a clinical manager in the pubic sector. Clinical work has always been something I have been drawn to. Self care and wellness have always been a focus for me personally as well as something I would stress the importance of when working with my clients.

IIt wasn’t until my best friend lost her battle with cancer that I felt there was such a disconnect between self care/wellness and my healing. I felt like there was something more for me in my own personal healing and growth as well as the support for growth and healing that I could offer my clients.

That is pretty much how my spiritual journey began. I have been working through resistance, focusing on shadow work and strengthening my intuition. I have been working to strengthen my medium ability and looking to work toward Reiki Certification.

This journey has had me revisit goals and dreams I have had for some time and now I want to support you to do the same!
